Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Editorial responsibility
Users and agencies retain full responsibility for accuracy, compliance, and ethical representation. ReleaseStacker does not verify factual claims.
AI assistance
AI suggestions are optional, generated only when requested, and are not authoritative. All AI-assisted content must be reviewed by humans.
Payments and credits
- Credits are used only for AI assistance
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are non-refundable once used
- Only agency owners may purchase credits
Prohibited use
The Service may not be used for deceptive practices, spam, or unlawful activity.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including media placement or business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReleaseStacker shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
